whoa I'm out of the loop. Well I pretty much fell out of martial arts, I just really wasn't into it for some reason at Pat's. I wanna get back into it, but in the meantime I've been running, maybe get into marathon running or something(but that'd be a LOOOONNG way off, running 22mi straight ya right). though I also had to stop that as well because I got some brutal shin splints and really didn't wanna deal with stress fractures, so I just got the P90X "extreme at home fitness" dvd set...it's pretty badass thusfar. It's freaking KILLER. You pretty much brutalize yourself for 3 weeks straight then rest up a week, then repeat process 2 more times.(you may see infomericals about it late at night) I'm also planning a trip to maryland for next month, I've been thinking about moving out there, and I'm gonna check out Lloyd Irvin's school while I'm up there. If I decide to move I'm only gonna be a 20 min drive from that school and I'll attend once I get settled in. Sounds like you guys are still kickin' some butt though!

Shin splints suck.
Well, maybe you're more of a striker than a grappler. You always seemed more interested in that stuff than I was. Maybe look for an MMA school, or take some Thai or some boxing. Last time I was at Pats, it was all hard-nosed ground work with people rolling at 100%. Sometimes its nice to slow things down and work on the techs.
