I found this great wieght training site. www.exrx.net/Exercise.htmlCheck out the Low Volume training article, Im going to try it. It sounds like good stuff and my work outs will take less time, and be more geard to strenght gain which is what I want. It sounds like it builds mass faster to, im not sure if i want that though. I dont want to get heavier. The power training exercises are pretty nice to. it also has a section that shows all the muscle groups ect. pretty cool.
