www.history.com/minisite.do?content_type=mini_home&mini_id=54986Starts Friday, July 20th @9pm central time. Basically a pro mma fighter and pro football player/wrestler travel the world and go to all these places and learn all kinds of different arts and stuff from different countries. Looks pretty interesting, if I had the time and resources I'd probably be doing the same exact thing on my own.

I want to watch the MMA guy get slammed by that huge Judoka... but that's just me.

I made one but my internet messed up and it wouldn't let me add music for some reason... maybe later when I'm not so lazy I'll redo it

Most recent episode was Kali/Escrima, it was pretty awesome all around. At the end the mma guy fought an escrima master, it was crazy to see how fast the escrima guy whipped that stick around. The mma guy broke his finger in the last seconds of the match.
Next week they're off to Japan! ;D

Yeah, I wish the champions wouldn't go easy on these guys. I know its supposed to make for better TV but theres no way that these dudes can get good enough in a couple weeks to even come close to being competition for a guy who has been doing judo for like 20 years.... Id rather just see the champions mop the floor with them for like 5 minutes straight

Looked to me like the guy mopped the floor with Jason. I really didn't believe any of the draws in Karate and Savate, but it looked to me like the Judoka wasn't going THAT easy. Jason also grew up studying Judo and studies Jiujitsu now, so I'm sure by playing defensively, he could at least hold of the other guy for a little bit. Its also possible he just got killed and they edited it together to make it look more close.
I'm just glad they didn't do one match like in real judo. That would have been boring.

The black belts here mop the floor with me much worse than he did with Jason and they haven't been practicing near as long. The Judo guy did dominate the matches but just not like I had expected. I'm glad they didn't show just one match either.

That guy had some killer tai otoshi. Did you see the last throw? It reminded me of tossing brittany around back in Valpo. Jason went about ten feet from start to finish.
